Ozzie was scheduled for an injection of Vincristine this week, but just as with the last injection of Adriamycin in late October, we had to skip the next chemo injection because his white cell PMNs count was low. This week's count was 2900 when it needed to be above 3200. So this week will be an "off week" and we'll do a blood test on Thursday and (hopefully) move on to chemo protocol week #19 next week.
Ozzie had another (!) good week; he seems healthy and playful, it's hard to believe he is going through chemotherapy. The blood draw on Thursday went well, though we had to drive to the vet's office in a snow storm. Ozzie lost a few ounces since last week's weigh-in, he weighed 41.2 pounds this week.
