As the week closed, Ozzie's tummy was almost back to normal; I didn't need to take him to the vet's for assistance with the diarrhea he had earlier in the week. Ozzie enjoys the onset of daylight savings time, meals an hour earlier! On Sunday I started to put a large spoon of the Prescription Diet n/d canned dog food into his bowl at each meal and hope his stomach can handle it. We hope that the diarrhea was a result of the Adriamycin, not a reaction to the n/d canned food.
The week went well for Ozzie; the weather is getting nicer, so we're getting in a walk every other day or so. Ozzie's tummy now seems to be settled, and he's just about back to the normal food, mixture of n/d and a little dry Iams mini-chunks dog food.
