Kay Keskinen is a Certified Professional Mediator (CPM) through the
Idaho Mediation Association (IMA),
a Certified Member Mediator (CMM) through the
Washington Mediation Association (WMA),
a member of the Idaho Mediation Association, a member of the local
Region II chapter of the IMA,
a member of the
Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR),
an individual member of the
National Association For Community Mediation (NAFCM),
a member of the
Washington Mediation Association (WMA),
and a member of the
American Institute of Parliamentarians (AIP).
She is on the Board of Directors (and a founding director) of the
Palouse Center for Conflict Management, Inc., a non-profit
501(c)(3) community mediation center.
Kay mediates small claims cases at the Latah County Court Assistance Office that is managed by Frances Thompson, she is a volunteer mediator for the Victim Offender Mediation Program of
the Youth Services Department of
Latah County that is managed by Brian Dulin, and she has been a coach for Dr. LS Nickerson's evening mediation classes.
