1. Support Habitat for Humanity with financial donations and physical labor from volunteers

5. Visitation of shut-ins

7. Outreach Committee members write welcome letters to visitors

8. Support of Lutheran Campus Minister at Campus Christian Center
- Emmanuel Lutheran Church Women bake 40 dozen cookies twice a year for students
- Financial donations
- Emmanuel members help provide food for the Center=s AWelcome Barbeque@, and prior to finals week.

9. Preschool
- Provide a place for Christian education of 3- and 4-year-olds
- Emmanuel Lutheran Church Women collect and prepares Campbell=s and General Mills= product labels which give cash for education.

10. Support community garden project run by Palouse-Clearwater Environmental Institute by providing ground for gardens.

11. Provide meeting places for various community groups:
- Girl Scouts
- King=s West Christian School from Chico, WA, during Jazz Festival
- Palouse Asian-American Association uses kitchen to cook for Renaissance Fair
- State Home Economists when they meet in Moscow
- Wellspring Counseling Tamale Dinners
- Old Time Fiddlers
- AGO organists recitals and receptions
- Family reunions
- Concerned citizens groups
