I lend unto my wife Nancy Whitenton these articles towit: one dutch oven
one dish one bason 2 plates 2 spoons & tub pale & piggin one ax to belong
to her her life time or widowhood. Also I give and bequath to my Son Solomon
Whitenton one Safe. Also I give my daughter Crecy Auston one bed. Also to Mary
Wilder fifty cents five Shillings. Also I give unto Sally Manord five Shillings.
Also I give my Son Richard Whitenton Jr. five Shillings. Also give my son James Whitenton
five Shillings. Also give my Son Jonathan Whitenton one iron wedge.
Also I give to my daughter Peggy Johnson one pare of fire tongs. Also I give
and beqath to my Son William Whitenton one mare bridle and Saddle one iron
bound pare of cart wheels & cart one cow & calf and the balance of any and
all my plantation working tools and all my household and kitching furniture
and all my moveble property after paying my debts that I leave at my death
and the property I leave to my wife Nancy Whitenton is at her death or the
end of her widowhood is to belong to my Son Wm. Whitenton his heirs or assigns
by him freely to be possessed and enjoyed and I do hereby dislow revoke and
disnul all and any every other testament wills legacies bequathe and executed
by me in any wise fore mentioned willed and bequathed ratifying and confirming
this and No other to be my last will and testament in witness whereof I have
here unto Set my hand and Seal October the 30th 1819

Then was the execution of this Will duly proven in open Court by the Oath of
Ruben Barber and ordered to be Recorded.
