  Headings are in Adobe Cronos Small Caps and Swash Caps. Icons are characters—U ~ ! 8 Q and o respectively—from Esselte Letraset’s character font Diversities (with one or two slight alterations). The graphics were created using FreeHand and Photoshop, and the HTML was written in PageSpinner (Macintosh) and EditPlus (Windows).
