Extra:It takes 50 Y per trip, to pay for the helium. It also requires one to release helium when one decends, so you can't go up again without a refuel, (Unless you bring a balast. . .) Remember, if you decend, and it's still inflated, and you get out of the harness, the balloon will go up again.
